Class Policy on Returns
CANCELATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for public events. For a block reservation of 5 or more seats, a 4 day notice of cancellation is required. Reservations with advance notice of cancellation may receive a payment refund LESS a 10% REFUND CHARGE to cover our incurred credit card processing fees. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice but more than 12 hours notice may receive a Painted Groves Class Credit that is good for 30 days. For cancellations with less than 12 hours notice no refund or Class Credit will be issued.
Zoey Alyssa Art reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified prior to class time.
Shipping and Returns for Artwork and Other Merchandise
How long does my order take to ship?
2-5 business days. You should receive an Order Confirmation Email and another notice when your order has shipped!
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless you happen to get an item not as described or in poor shape. Feel free to email us and we will get things straightened out with your order as soon as possible. Thank you!
